There's a survey about changing ISPs on the ADSLguide site. They're
gathering information in order to put pressure on BT and Oftel to allow
switching without this ridiculous uninstall/reinstall process.
Anyone suggesting this is a BT tactic to prevent people leaving as soon
as they can is completely wrong... aren't they?
